Formula overview
Urinary tract comfort is one of those topics people rarely discuss but search for constantly. D-mannose has become one of the most popular nutrients in the category, especially for women looking for a daily, food-based option.
Clearbirch keeps it simple. Each serving of three capsules provides 1,500 mg of D-mannose. The 120-capsule bottle gives you 40 servings, so one bottle can last more than a month at one serving a day.
The capsules are vegetable cellulose (HPMC), not gelatin, which keeps the whole formula plant-based.*
What it does
Supports urinary tract health*
D-mannose is a simple sugar your body makes and also finds in cranberries, peaches and apples. It is a favorite for everyday urinary tract support, taken as part of a daily routine.
1,500 mg in a clean, short formula*
Three capsules deliver 1,500 mg of D-mannose with only a vegetable capsule shell and a flow agent. No sweeteners, no cranberry filler, no hidden blend.
Gentle on everyday routines
D-mannose is not a stimulant and does not contain caffeine, herbs or hormones, so it slots easily alongside the rest of your supplements.
How it works
D-mannose is a monosaccharide, a single sugar that is related to glucose but processed differently. Most of it passes through the body and is eliminated in the urine. Researchers study how D-mannose behaves in the urinary tract, which is why it is used for daily urinary tract support.
Who it's for
Adults who want a single-ingredient, plant-based option for daily urinary tract support.

Cautions
D-mannose is a sugar; people with diabetes or blood sugar concerns should talk to a healthcare provider before use. If you have symptoms of a urinary tract infection (burning, urgency, pain, blood in urine, fever), see a healthcare provider promptly; do not rely on a supplement. Pregnant or nursing mothers and children under 18 should consult a physician before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Read our planned standardsQuestions, answered
Is D-mannose a treatment for urinary tract infections?
No. It is a dietary supplement intended to support a healthy urinary tract. If you think you have an infection, see a healthcare provider.
Does the research agree that it works?
The evidence is mixed. Some trials and meta-analyses report benefit for women with recurrent UTIs, and a large 2024 JAMA Internal Medicine trial did not. We link all three so you can read them yourself.
Is it vegan?
The formula contains only plant and mineral ingredients in an HPMC capsule.
Can I take it every day?
Many people take it daily as directed on the label. Check with your healthcare provider if you have diabetes or take medicine.
