Shipping and returns

We ship from the United States to all 50 states. Orders placed before 1 pm ET on business days ship the same day.

Standard shipping (3–6 business days) is free on orders over $35 and on all subscription orders. Otherwise it's a flat $5.95. Expedited options are shown at checkout.

If a product isn't right for you, email hello@bioveganlab.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price on your first order of that product. You don't need to return the bottle, even if it's empty.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If anything arrives damaged or a safety seal is broken, don't use it. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement right away.

You can skip, pause, change or cancel a subscription anytime before the next order processes. We email a reminder 3 days before each shipment.
