Products and standards
Is every BioVegan product vegan?
Every product we sell is plant-based down to the capsule shell, coating and color. Products still being finalized with our manufacturer are marked Coming soon and can't be ordered until every ingredient is confirmed vegan.
Are your products certified vegan?
We're applying for independent Certified Vegan status for the full line. We'll display the mark only on products that have earned it.
Are your products gluten-free?
We don't make gluten-free claims. Our manufacturer runs a shared facility, and each label lists the allergens processed there.
Where are your products made?
In the USA, in FDA-registered facilities that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
How do I find the lab results for my bottle?
Enter the lot number from the bottom of your bottle on our Standards page or any product page, or scan the QR code on the label.

Choose Subscribe & Save on any product to get 20% off every order and free shipping. Pick delivery every 30, 60 or 90 days.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account, with no fees. We email you a few days before each shipment.
Shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $35 and on every subscription order. Otherwise a flat $5.95 within the contiguous US.
What if a product doesn't work for me?
Our 60-day money-back guarantee covers your first order of any product, even if the bottle is empty. Email hello@bioveganlab.com.
Health questions
Can I take your supplements with medication?
Please ask your doctor or pharmacist. Some ingredients interact with medications, and we can't give individual medical advice.
Are your kids products safe for my child?
Kids products are formulated with age-appropriate doses, but every child is different. Consult your pediatrician before giving any supplement.
