Formula overview
Hormones shape energy, mood, skin and how a month feels. Many women look to food first, and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and Brussels sprouts have long been part of that conversation. Brassica Balance puts the key compound from those vegetables into one daily capsule.
Each capsule combines 150 mg of DIM with broccoli florets extract (20:1), calcium D-glucarate and BioPerine®. It is a short, readable label: four actives, a vegetable capsule, and rice flour as the carrier.
It is built for women who want a plant-forward way to support healthy estrogen metabolism as part of a balanced routine of food, sleep and movement.*
What it does
Supports healthy estrogen metabolism*
DIM (diindolylmethane) forms when your body breaks down compounds in broccoli, cabbage and kale. Each capsule delivers 150 mg so you do not need to eat pounds of cruciferous vegetables to reach that level.
Supports your body's natural balancing and clearing pathways*
Calcium D-glucarate and a standardized broccoli extract join DIM in this formula to support the liver's natural processing of hormones and everyday compounds.
Plant-based, with a pinch of black pepper*
We include 5 mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract, an ingredient studied for supporting nutrient absorption. The capsule is vegetable cellulose, so the whole formula stays plant-based.
How it works
When you eat broccoli and related vegetables, a compound called indole-3-carbinol breaks down in the stomach into DIM. DIM interacts with the enzymes that help the body convert estrogen into its different metabolites, which is why researchers study it in the context of estrogen metabolism. Calcium D-glucarate is the calcium salt of a compound found in fruits and vegetables and is studied for its role in glucuronidation, one of the liver's routes for clearing used-up hormones. BioPerine® is added to support absorption.
Who it's for
Adult women who want plant-based support for hormone balance and healthy estrogen metabolism, and who are not pregnant, nursing, or taking hormone therapy or hormonal birth control without clinician guidance.

DIM changes how the body handles estrogen, so talk to your healthcare provider before use if you take hormone therapy, hormonal contraceptives, tamoxifen or any prescription medicine, or have a hormone-sensitive condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Read our planned standardsQuestions, answered
Is this vegan?
Yes. The capsule is vegetable cellulose and every ingredient is plant-derived or mineral. Nothing comes from animals.
Can I take it with birth control or hormone therapy?
Ask your clinician first. DIM acts on estrogen metabolism, and a 2025 study looked at exactly this question in women using an estradiol patch. Your provider can tell you whether it fits your plan.
Why with a meal?
Taking it with food is gentler on the stomach and is how the formula was designed to be used.
Is DIM only for women?
This formula is positioned and dosed for women. Men should speak with their healthcare provider before using it.
