Formula overview
Resveratrol is the polyphenol made famous by red grapes. The amount in a glass of wine is tiny, so supplements draw on Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum), one of the richest natural sources.
Vinelight gives you 250 mg of trans-resveratrol per capsule, taken from a 50% root extract. The capsule is plant cellulose and the formula contains no animal ingredients.
It pairs naturally with our NMN formula, or on its own as a daily antioxidant.
What it does
Antioxidant support*
Resveratrol is a polyphenol that helps neutralize free radicals.
Supports cardiovascular wellness*
Meta-analyses of randomized trials have examined resveratrol and endothelial function, the health of the blood vessel lining.
Supports healthy aging*
Resveratrol is a popular partner for NAD+ precursors in longevity routines.
How it works
Trans-resveratrol is the active, most-studied form of resveratrol. It acts as an antioxidant and interacts with cellular pathways involved in energy and stress response. Resveratrol is absorbed well but metabolized quickly, so take it with food that contains some fat.*
Who it's for
Adults in a healthy-aging routine and anyone who wants a clean, plant-based resveratrol.

Cautions
Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition or taking any medication should consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Resveratrol may interact with blood thinners and medications metabolized by the liver. If you have a hormone-sensitive condition, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Read our planned standardsQuestions, answered
Is it from grapes?
No. It comes from Japanese knotweed root, a more concentrated source than grape skins.
What does 50% extract mean?
500 mg of extract provides 250 mg of trans-resveratrol.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Both the extract and the capsule are plant-based.
Should I take it with NMN?
Many people do. Longleaf already includes 50 mg of resveratrol, so you may not need both.
