Formula overview
Turmeric is one of the most studied botanicals in the world, but the curcumin in it is hard for the body to absorb. Haldi Gold uses a 95% curcuminoid extract and pairs it with BioPerine black pepper extract.
One capsule gives you 750 mg of turmeric extract, which supplies 712.5 mg of curcuminoids. The capsule is plant cellulose and the formula uses only vegetable-based flow agents.
It is a straightforward, potent turmeric you can take once a day with a meal.

How it works
Curcuminoids are fat-soluble polyphenols that modulate pathways involved in normal inflammatory balance and oxidative stress. On their own they are poorly absorbed and quickly cleared. Piperine from black pepper slows the liver's breakdown of curcumin, and a human study found that adding piperine raised curcumin availability substantially.*
