Formula overview
Longleaf is a simple one-capsule-a-day longevity formula built around 500 mg of NMN, the NAD+ precursor that has been at the center of healthy-aging research.
Each capsule pairs NMN with 50 mg of trans-resveratrol, 25 mg of apigenin, 5 mg of quercetin and 100 mg of betaine, then adds a touch of BioPerine black pepper extract to support absorption.
The formula is free from gelatin and animal ingredients and sits in a plant cellulose capsule. Every lot should carry an NMN identity and purity certificate of analysis.
What it does
Supports healthy NAD+ levels*
NMN is a direct precursor of NAD+, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism.
Supports healthy aging*
Resveratrol, quercetin and apigenin are plant polyphenols studied for their antioxidant and cellular-support roles.
A complete longevity capsule*
Betaine for methyl balance and BioPerine to support absorption, all in one daily capsule.
How it works
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell. It helps turn nutrients into energy and supports the proteins that maintain DNA and cellular repair. NAD+ levels decline with age. NMN is one step away from NAD+ in the body's salvage pathway, so supplying it supports NAD+ availability. Betaine supports methylation, which NMN metabolism uses, while resveratrol, apigenin and quercetin are polyphenols with antioxidant activity.*
Who it's for
Adults 35 and older who want a daily healthy-aging routine and prefer a plant-based formula.

Read our planned standardsQuestions, answered
Is NMN legal to sell as a supplement?
Yes. The FDA confirmed on September 29, 2025 that NMN is lawful in dietary supplements.
Is NMN vegan?
NMN is made by enzymatic or fermentation processes, and the formula contains no animal ingredients. We require a vegan statement from the manufacturer for every batch.
When should I take it?
Most people take it in the morning with food.
How is this different from NR?
Nicotinamide riboside and NMN are both NAD+ precursors. NMN is one step closer to NAD+ in the salvage pathway.
