Formula overview
Kids' tummies change fast with new foods, school and travel. Tummy Cub is a daily gummy with 2.5 billion CFU of DE111®, a spore-forming Bacillus subtilis probiotic that stays stable without refrigeration.
The gummy is set with pectin, made on an organic tapioca-syrup and organic cane-sugar base, and colored with black carrot. It carries no gelatin and nothing artificial.
A published study followed children in day-care who took DE111® daily, which is the kind of strain-specific evidence we like to see behind a probiotic.

How it works
Probiotics are live microorganisms that, in adequate amounts, support the balance of the gut community. DE111® is a Bacillus subtilis that forms hardy spores. These spores survive stomach acid and storage, then become active in the intestine.

How to use

Does it need refrigeration?
No. DE111® is a spore-former that is shelf-stable.
Is it organic?
The gummy uses organic tapioca syrup, cane sugar and sunflower oil, but the finished product is not certified organic unless certification is completed on our label. We will not use the seal until then.
What age is it for?
Children over 4, and adults, after checking with your pediatrician.
Is it vegan?
Yes.
