Formula overview
Cold season is hard on little ones and on the parents who stay up with them. Elder Cub is a dark-cherry gummy made for kids 4 and older, with elderberry, vitamin C and zinc at half the adult amounts.
One gummy a day gives 75 mg of black elderberry extract, 75 mg of vitamin C and 5 mg of zinc. It is set with pectin and has no gelatin, so it works for vegan and vegetarian households.
Most elderberry research has been done in adults, so we keep our promises modest: this is a daily nutrition habit that supports a healthy immune system, not a treatment for anything.

How it works
Vitamin C supports immune cell function and zinc is needed for normal immune development, both important in growing children. Black elderberry contains anthocyanins, the dark pigments behind most elderberry research. The dose here is sized for children rather than simply halved from an adult product.
