Formula overview
Ironbark Pure is creatine monohydrate and nothing else. A 500 g tub gives you 100 daily 5 g servings of the form researchers have tested for decades.
Creatine is made synthetically rather than pulled from animals, which makes it a natural fit for plant-based eaters, who also tend to start with lower muscle creatine than omnivores. That is why a vegan athlete often notices a bigger top-up.
It mixes into water, juice or a smoothie, and it has no taste to fight with your flavors.
What it does
Supports muscle strength and power*
Daily creatine monohydrate supports strength and power output during resistance and high-intensity training.
Supports muscle creatine stores*
People who eat no meat or fish tend to start with lower muscle creatine, so plant-based athletes can see a clear top-up.
One ingredient, 100 servings
Just creatine monohydrate. No flavors, no fillers, no sweeteners. About $0.25 per serving.
How it works
Muscles hold creatine as phosphocreatine, a fast fuel reserve for short, hard efforts. Eating meat and fish supplies some creatine; plant-based diets supply almost none, so muscle stores run lower. A daily 5 g serving raises those stores over several weeks, which supports power output and training quality.
Who it's for
Plant-based athletes, lifters, and anyone training hard who wants the best-researched form of creatine at a fair price, without extras.

Read our planned standardsQuestions, answered
Is creatine vegan?
Commercial creatine is made synthetically and is not extracted from animals. Our manufacturer's formula tags it as a single-ingredient powder; we are confirming a written vegan statement before we put a Certified Vegan mark on the tub.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Taking 5 g daily raises muscle stores more slowly, over a few weeks, with the same end point.
Why does it recommend juice?
A little carbohydrate can help creatine uptake into muscle. Water works too.
Does it taste like anything?
It is unflavored and mixes without a noticeable taste.
