Formula overview
Creatine has the deepest research file in sports nutrition, and it has always come as a gritty powder you have to remember to stir. Ironbark Gummies put the full 5 g clinical-style dose into four chewy, blueberry-raspberry gummies you can take anywhere.
They are made with pectin, so they are vegan, and they carry no added sugar. A blend of maltitol, isomalt, erythritol and stevia does the sweetening, which is why you will see 9 g of sugar alcohols on the panel.
Because gummies are hard to dose, we plan to publish a per-lot creatine assay from an ISO 17025 lab on the product page, so you can see the 5 g on paper and not just on the label.
What it does
Supports muscle strength and power*
Creatine monohydrate is the most studied sports supplement there is. Five grams a day, taken consistently, supports strength and power in resistance training.
Supports high-intensity performance*
Creatine helps muscles recycle their quick-burst fuel, so short, hard efforts like sprints and heavy sets come with more in the tank.
Vegan and sugar-free
Pectin gummies colored with spirulina, sweetened with sugar alcohols and stevia. No gelatin, no added sugar.
How it works
Muscle cells store creatine as phosphocreatine, a rapid-access energy reserve used during short, intense effort. Taking creatine daily tops up that reserve. The benefit builds with consistent use over days to weeks, not from a single dose.
Who it's for
Lifters, runners, team-sport athletes and plant-based eaters who want a no-mixing way to get 5 g of creatine every day, and who prefer to skip added sugar.

How to use
Take 4 gummies with fruit juice, 1 to 2 times daily, before and/or after exercise, or as directed by a healthcare professional. It may be advisable to cycle: 4 to 6 weeks on, then 4 to 6 weeks off.
Cautions
Contains sugar alcohols (maltitol, isomalt, erythritol); 9 g per serving may have a laxative effect in sensitive people. Maintain sufficient fluid intake. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under 18. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Consult a physician if you have a known medical condition, particularly kidney concerns. Product may settle during shipping. Natural colors may darken or vary from lot to lot; this does not alter potency.
