Formula overview
Quercetin has quietly become one of the most-searched immune and seasonal-support ingredients. It occurs naturally in onions, apples and berries, but the amounts in food are far below the 500 mg you get in one capsule.
Linden Ease pairs 500 mg of quercetin with 100 mg of bromelain, an enzyme from pineapple that is often combined with it. The formula is two ingredients in a vegetable capsule, with no gelatin.
Take one a day or one twice a day, with food, when you want extra seasonal support.*
What it does
Supports a healthy immune response*
Quercetin is a plant flavonoid found in onions, apples and berries. At 500 mg, it is a popular choice for immune support, especially during seasonal changes.
Supports respiratory comfort and healthy seasonal response*
Bromelain, an enzyme from pineapple stems, is commonly paired with quercetin for comfort during seasonal environmental challenges.
Antioxidant support*
Quercetin is among the most studied dietary flavonoids for helping neutralize free radicals.
How it works
Quercetin is a flavonoid that acts as an antioxidant and is studied for its effects on immune cells and inflammatory signaling. Bromelain is a mix of protein-digesting enzymes from pineapple. Supplement makers commonly pair the two.
Who it's for
