The formula is free from gelatin, lanolin, and animal-derived flow agents such as leucine.

How it works
B vitamins act as coenzymes in the pathways that make energy, build DNA and maintain methylation, the process of adding methyl groups to molecules throughout the body. Some people convert folic acid and cyanocobalamin to their active forms less efficiently, so methylfolate and methylcobalamin provide those active forms directly.*

Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition or taking any medication should consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains vitamin B6 and niacin at doses above the daily value. Long-term intake of B6 above 100 mg per day may cause nerve problems. Niacin may cause a harmless flushing sensation. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

What does methylated mean?
It means the vitamin is supplied in the form your cells use directly, such as methylcobalamin for B12 and L-methylfolate for folate.
Will it turn my urine bright yellow?
Yes. Excess riboflavin is excreted in the urine and it is harmless.
Is it vegan?
The formula is built from synthetic and fermentation-derived vitamins in a plant capsule. Final certification depends on the manufacturer's source documents.
Can I take it with the B12 gummy?
That would add a lot of B12. Choose one or the other unless your healthcare professional advises otherwise.
