Formula overview
Modern stress is constant and low-grade: back-to-back meetings, notifications, sleep that never quite catches up. Adaptogens are a family of herbs that have been used for generations to help the body keep its balance under pressure.
Aspen Adapt combines nine of them. Ashwagandha and astragalus anchor the blend at 250 mg each, with holy basil, rhodiola, eleuthero, schisandra, ginseng, amla and maca for breadth. Single-herb ashwagandha is popular, but many people prefer a blend because the herbs complement each other.
One capsule once or twice a day, with a meal.*
What it does
Supports a healthy stress response*
Ashwagandha, rhodiola, holy basil and schisandra are classic adaptogens, plants traditionally used to help the body adapt to everyday stress.
Supports steady energy and focus*
Eleuthero, ginseng and maca are traditional botanicals for stamina and mental clarity, without a caffeine jolt.
Nine herbs, one vegan capsule
Standardized extracts in a vegetable capsule. No gelatin and no hidden fillers.
How it works
Adaptogens are plants that researchers believe modulate the body's stress-response systems, including the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Ashwagandha, rhodiola and holy basil have each been studied for effects on perceived stress. This formula uses standardized extracts so each capsule delivers a consistent amount of the active compounds.
Who it's for
