Most of us spend a big part of our day looking at screens. Lutein and zeaxanthin are two carotenoids that accumulate in the macula, the part of the retina responsible for sharp central vision. Your body cannot make them; they come from leafy greens, corn, eggs and marigold petals, and most people get far less than the 10 mg per day used in many studies.
Marigold Sight provides 20 mg of lutein and 4 mg of zeaxanthin in two sugar-free mango gummies. They are made with pectin rather than gelatin, so they are a plant-based alternative to the softgels that dominate this category.

How it works
Lutein and zeaxanthin are deposited in the macula, where they form the macular pigment. This pigment absorbs high-energy blue light and acts as an antioxidant in the retina. Studies measure it as macular pigment optical density (MPOD), which tends to rise with supplementation.
