Formula overview
Night Spring is the simplest bedtime leading brands in our line: a scoop of lemon-flavored glycine and magnesium stirred into warm or cold water.
Glycine is an amino acid that your body uses to build proteins and to help regulate temperature and calm the nervous system. A 3 g dose before bed is the amount used in published sleep studies. We pair it with magnesium bisglycinate, a gentle, well-absorbed form of magnesium.
It is melatonin-free and made from synthetic, non-animal glycine, not gelatin or collagen.
What it does
Supports restful sleep*
3 g of glycine before bed was used in sleep studies and supports sleep quality and next-day alertness.
Supports relaxation*
Magnesium bisglycinate supports muscle and nervous system relaxation.
No melatonin, no habit*
A simple amino acid and mineral formula you can stir into water.
How it works
Glycine acts on receptors in the brain's body-clock center and helps lower core body temperature, a signal that precedes sleep. Magnesium supports the activity of GABA, the brain's calming neurotransmitter, and relaxes muscles.*
Who it's for
