Formula overview
Settle Leaf pairs six non-animal digestive enzymes with three soothing herbs. It is built for the meal that is a little rich, a little big, or a little too much fun.
The enzymes come from plant and microbial sources, not from pig pancreas or ox bile, so the formula stays fully plant-based. Ginger, lemon balm and chamomile bring the comfort side, and a touch of B6 rounds it out.
Take two capsules with your largest meals and keep it in your bag for restaurant nights.
What it does
Supports digestion of proteins, carbs, fats and dairy sugars*
Protease, amylase, lipase and lactase target the main food groups, while cellulase and alpha-galactosidase target plant fibers and bean sugars.
Helps with occasional gas and bloating*
Alpha-galactosidase is studied for beans and other gas-forming carbohydrates, with ginger for stomach comfort.
Calming botanicals*
Ginger, lemon balm and chamomile are classic herbs for a settled stomach after meals.
How it works
Enzymes are proteins that break food into pieces your body can absorb. Protease splits proteins, amylase splits starches, lipase splits fats, lactase splits milk sugar, cellulase loosens plant fibers, and alpha-galactosidase splits the sugars in beans and cruciferous vegetables that otherwise ferment in the gut. Ginger supports normal stomach motility, while lemon balm and chamomile are traditional herbs for digestive comfort.*
Who it's for
Adults who want help with big meals, plant-heavy diets, beans and dairy, and who want enzymes without animal-derived pancreatin.
